Programs Description / "NUin COSTA RICA" Study Abroad Program
For Northeastern University Pre-Freshman Students
The NUIn Costa Rica 2011 program will provide a unique opportunity for Northeastern University pre-freshman participants to experience a first semester at college in San José, Costa Rica, learning about cultural diversity, human development, and environmental issues in Latin America, while gaining credits towards Northeastern University requirements for majors in Arts, Media & Design; Business Administration; Social Science & Humanities, and others. Cultural and social activities will also be a component of the program in building an understanding of Costa Rica as a Latin American country.
